Equating good grammar with high intelligence is preposterous; the converse (poor grammar = feeblemindedness), however, is not nearly as foolish a posit. Typing with good grammar is simply decent, courteous behavior and an audience will take you more seriously if you dignify your text with proper syntax.
I didn't attend grammar school.
