Movies skew younger, mainly to the 12-25 demographic, with the biggest lump 12-19. These are the people who are in high school or college and are getting a hefty dose of leftism with their studies. It's also Kevin's main fan base. This is all they know and they wonder why it is that everyone doesn't agree with them.

As to your other point...there really aren't many older people here, so the "debate," such as it is, tends to be a bunch of unexamined leftism. And I'm fine with EXAMINED leftist viewpoints (Isis is a good example). It's just the claptrap is a little much.

I don't love Bush (and didn't vote for him) but I'll back the Office of the Presidency during times of crisis. Like, say, when A BUNCH OF FREAKIN' TERRRORISTS ARE FLYING PLANES INTO BUILDINGS. And I'll give him a free pass for a while longer. It's easy to criticise tough decisions, a lot less easy to come up with an alternative. And as for military action, people seem to forget that Clinton bombed Yugoslavia without a UN mandate and things worked out there - or is it only Republicans that should be criticized?

'Sides you expected REASON from a guy with the handle freeleonardpeltier? Some things are better off ignored.

John
