You'll need to contact your ISP to see if they have a spam filter on their server (more and more do). SpamAssassin is what a lot of ISPs are starting to use now.

Even if they do enable some sort of filtering on their end, you should be able to see what is being filtered out via a web interface so you can check for false positives.
