I had this idea once that time itself was moving backwards. Like reality was on rewind, so the minute before this one would actually come after it, but our minds made it seem like it was going the other way. Thus we block out what's happened in the future (since we've already lived it) and create false memories of the past (since it hasn't happened yet and when it does those false memories will be gone anyways since we block out the future). In this way, I figured that maybe the real psychics out there were just people who found a way to unlock some of those memories of the future that we all have.
