anyone have a remedy for a toothache??

Seriously, I know this is off topic, but HELP!!!!! I had a root canal and a crown put on one of my molars. My face is swollen and that hole side hurts. I have been on antibiotics for 2 days, there has been no change. I took a pain killer and it didn't do a damn thing. I tried ice. I tried cold water, but that just bothers my other teeth. Any ideas???
