There's any number of things, but it all depends on the situation you find yourself in.

Lots.. our old technique was using milk cartons with the tops cut off to mold the bricks.. you need three or four willing helpers to make a primo fort. Then it's only a matter of time before you can sit in wait for victims to lob that pile of snowballs (without ice centers please.. fun's one thing, but you can seriously hurt someone with those things.) that you will have in no time at all created.

Yes, don't remind me. If you want to get someone, and not risk hurting them.. a piece of ice or even a small snowball down the back of the shirt or pants [evil snicker..] is far more effective.
