Paper is hip hop slang for money. A money shot, in porn, is generally the 'cum shot' which make or breaks the scene for the viewer in the producer's eyes, hence it is referred to as the money shot.

The Paper Shot n' shit is saying that the Head Crash Wall shot was the most important shot in Mallrats for Kevin and Joey. A la, it be a paper shot n' shit.
