What's the deal with the Cabin Fever DVD?

Looks pretty good to me, but I've seen two different covers. Does anyone know which is the official one, or are there two separate editions coming out Tuesday? Below is the average, seen-a-lot cover and then at the link is the image at Amazon.com which I hadn't seen before.

I'm not sure which I like more.
