Hey to anyone on Atkins....I have "discovered" a tasty treat that can curb your jonesing for sumthin crunchy.
Dry Roasted Soy Beans.
They taste good and are great on salads or just as a snack...a third cup only has 2 or 3 carbs and are quite filling.
