I did short films out the ass in college.
I PAed on an indie back home over the summer before I moved here.
Hell, I even acted in a short film with one of the stars from Homicide...
And even in that very limited set of experiences, the process bears it out:
Sometimes the best stuff is total accident or, at least, totally unintended.
