It sucks like you can never explain. But it does get better. Try and find a new outlet. I got turned onto music and it's been great.

Also....be with your friends. Being alone is the worst thing you can do. Maybe have some friends over for a card game or something you'd all enjoy.

And if worst comes to worst. Meds works, see a doc.
