And I meant that he PLAYS the "angst-ridden, enigmatic pretty boy", not that he IS one. Every role he takes he turns it into that - the "oh, I've got a dark past I don't want to talk about, but I'm also good looking, so I intrigue you" act.

If he was cast as Legolas, I could see that working. But as Aragorn? Jackson did the franchise (and the entire cinema industry) a favor by canning that no-talent prick.
