He would've made the site completely non-computer-non-business oriented, for a while, to establish it. Then when he develops it into a computer site for financial gain he has a legal defense. But now, it just looks like he's trying to piggyback (cleverly, it is true) for financial gain.
Protected speech has to have some political aspect. Speech for solely economic purposes can be regulated (trademarks, intellectual property, etc.)

: Microsoft is mad because 17-year-old Mike Rowe registered the URL MikeRoweSoft.com. They claim he has committed copywrite infringement.
