There is a bonus feature of ToonHeads: The Lost Toons. It shows some prohibition toons, and a little from WWII (Snafu, Bugs selling war bonds, etc). However, it doesn't go into all the rascist cartoons much at all.
Great DVD set though...I highly recommend it.
