More "out of"... do you mean the physical act of ejecting something from your body? If that is the case, I would thing that depends on what thier respective fiber intake was... of course Ashton has the benefit of a youthfull metabolism.
Or do you mean which reporter has gotten the more 'info' out of them. I would guess it would be someone from ET.
Although, if you mean blood, that would probably be one of the hospitals Demi went to deliver herkids, as I believe they take blood to do tests.
I hope one of my guess's is correct!
