That was pretty much my take on it, as well. But then, I was the sceptic from the beginning. I never believed it was him. Never. I was stunned and amazed that so many intelligent women could be so easily fooled. It destroyed a lovely little community. Admittedly, it probably would have self-destructed down the line anyway, but this... it was just ugly, man. I mean, people ended up getting new e-mail addresses over it. New PHONE NUMBERS, even.
