Get all the digital photos you can find, either from the web or your own. Pick and choose the best and print them all at the same scale. Be sure to adjust all to match, or contrast, the lighting as needed. Cut all, and arrange to match your vision. If you're going big-budget make the diorama inside of a wooden frame/box several inches deep. By doing this, you can add lights for effect. Check out a model shop for low watt mini-lights. You could make the outside of the Quick Stop a dusk/night scene, making the interior store lights all the more visible. You could even add a mini amber light-hole to represent Silent Bob's everpresent cig.
Then just add a miniature "I assure you we're open" sign made out of a real piece of bed sheet and you're done.
