I would listen to Mozart's Requiem for most verbal skill lessons that I needed to truly understand. When it came to memorization, I would listen to Blues Traveler, either Four or their self titled (with "But Anyway" and "Sweet Talking Hippie"). Other than that... I cant think of any more.
