~~ You're friend is right. It is no where in the Bible. It is widely accepted (though more predominantly in Catholic beliefs) by many Christians, but no where in the Bible.
I wasn't sure what kind of spoilers you were giving, so I'm kinda sorry I read this post, but this in no way spoils me wanting to see it. It is interesting to see them put this in there though.
