this is why we have laws which attempt to prevent media conglomerates and such from having too many markets under their control... especially across different mediums. when you are a private entity and control the majority of the information that people within your markets have access to, your views/politics which are presented as fact (as opposed to opinion) by what you do and do not broadcast.
that sort of media bias is what we must avoid...if the supreme court cannot determine what is and what is not obscene, clear channel cannot determine what is or what is not decent.
