The thing that bothers me is when you look at other movies Gibson's been involved with especially Braveheart you know he's not going to attack Jews or any other religion. He truthfully is a stand up guy and out of all the celebrities today i think he's the only one who's striaght out down to earth ( besides Chris Rock lol ).
: You all are driving me insane. You act like he's sprinkling fairy dust on this film that will cause people to join the Aryan Nation when it's over. If you watch it wanting to see that it promotes hatred, then that's exactly what you'll see.
:
: : : Gibson where he claimed that the Holy Spirit came to him to make this movie and approved every step of the way. Perhaps I'm cynical. but my impression was that he was delusional.
: : Maybe it's a great movie but if it causes additional hatred, then it defeats most of what Christianity is all about. Christ was the most tolerant of all. He didn't teach hate. But sometimes His true messages get lost. If the end result of Gibson's movie is the promotion of love, tolerance and understanding, then he's done a good thing. If it ends up promoting more hatred, then Gibson needs to re-think what he's done.
