Whatever pic you want to post HAS to be online. You can only link it if it is online, so if its a nude pic of yourself, you have to host it on a website. Some websites don't work for linking (pics won't work) like pretty much anything with geocities or IMDb, as well as many other sites (including somethingawful. Never ever post anything from somethingawful).
That said all you have to do is put the picture's web address in the box below marked "Optional Image URL."
If you don't know how to find it, this is what I do. Right Click whatever picture it is you want to post. Click "properties" and the picture's web address should be there under "Address (URL)." Copy and paste that address into said box below.
That should pretty much be it.
