Okay, the study itself wasn't a complete waste, but the conclusions are a little extreme.

Bottom line: This guy thinks on-screen smoking should be considered when a film is being rated. Under his reason, many PG13 films would become R rated. And some G films would most likely go up too here.
Anyone else see the flood gates opening wider here? Where does it end?
