First of all, neither of you are going as fast as the ship. You're standing still, motionless.

Also, a ship moving that fast would have an incredible gravitational pull, and therefore, the projectiles would have to have an incredible propulsion, infitely greater than that needed on Earth.

The reason near-light-speed travel is impossible is because even a single grain of silt moving at that speed would weigh thousands of pounds. So a vessel large enough to carry you and projectiles would weigh similar to a moon, or even planet.
