Need help witha router...Firewall thingy...

My brother has a problem playing ONE of his games online. He plays on Microsoft's Zone or whatever. Anyways, the router I got has a built in firewall. I have no problems on my PC or PS2 or XBOX, nor does my other brother.

This one game seems to be a pain for him. How can I either allow him to get onto play or turn off the firewall on the router?

Any advice would be appreciated.
