Miami police say they have arrested eleven men who used a Web site to choose a public place to meet and masturbate. Police arrested the men at a Sears store on Coral Way at 37th Avenue. Police responded to complaints from customers that men were masterbating in open stalls in the restroom. Investigators said the men learned of where to meet from a Web site that informs people about different locations around the state of Florida chosen as meeting places for masturbation. The planned get-togethers have reportedly gone on for years. Today's location was a public restroom at the Sears store.
