No wonder you called it a saga. I love the name Doran, reminds me of Dorian Gray. Who did your site, it looks v. professional!
As for Clerks, it's my fave so far (Yet to see Chasing Amy and eagerly awaiting Jersey Girl and Green Hornet). It was a big influence on Flowers (Substitute a newsagents for a flower shop, a Star Wars reference and a character's Mum brings her lasagne at work)
: Suffering from insomnia for the past two night because the husband's been working late... Ya know, when the bed is just too empty and too big for just one body? Anyways, unable to sleepI turned on the tv & fell upon this "indie" black and white film. Hearing the language/dialogue, I said to myself "Holy Shit, I am finally going to get to see Clerks!" From start to finish I was in between being in awe and in complete stitches - ah man can you dance! :) Thanks for the film - it was and is friggin brilliant - now if only I could get my hands on a dvd copy... yeah I know order one through this site - and yes I promise that I will :)
: Thanks Kevin, for Clerks - and for every movie you've made since... Life is real and raw, and that's how you deliver it.
: This Canadian is seriously looking forward to Jersey Girl :) And yes, going to be taking the husband along for it - I just recovered from an operation & watched him worry about me, so it's going to be interesting to see grief, loss, and a father's worry from the male prespective... Ya know, kind of see things through his eyes (We have 3 kids) - and your movies always get us talking about the ins and outs of life!
: Thanks Again Kevin
