A human cannot become impregnated by an animal due to the differing genetic makeup. Humans have 46 chromosomes, ~30000 (?) genes in total. Non-humans have different genes encoding different proteins and you couldn't combine the two genomes and expect them to work correctly (which is why some closely related animals e.g. horse/donkey, lion/tiger but those offspring are sterile).
