Just spread it all over your face before you put on any other makeup and then peel small parts of it over to make em look like scars. Now the blood you wanna use should be thinner than catsup but thicker than water. I've heard colored corn syrup works well but I don't know how to dye it red. As for the rest of the face go with classic pale white with black or dark blue around the eyes but don't contrast too mutch you don't want them looking like Kiss fans... or do you? Mix very little white with the black and vise versa to get a good coloring. Anyways good luck with it and happy haunting.
