and I feel a sense of loss, but not "my kitten just died" kind of loss.

and to assume that as a human I couldn't understand having a connection to a physical place, such a strong one that I'd feel sadness when it's blown to bits, well...that's just silly. Of course I understand the emotion.

I am human, yes?

all that said, I don't understand the crying. It's not like they've blown up your house and you don't know how you will get along without it. You have an era of new good times, amazing wins and bitter defeats, great shows, ahead of you at the linc. do you cry over the anticipation of that?


: And literally attended the place on an annual basis, you seriously just wouldn't understand. I'm from South Jersey and went to the Phillies and Eagles constantly....there's a lot of memories to that place for Philadelphia and I will admit, I had a tear in my eye when I watched it go down this morning also. I'm certainly going to miss it.
