He does laugh too much. That said, once he stops doing live comedy that problem will go away, and seeing as he is one of the most talented people in the current cast, I'd assume he'd kick ass in Sandler-type movies.

So far, he's done really good in choosing directors to work with...Cameron Crowe and Woody Allen are smart choices indeed.
