: Or before... and sadly, I don't have to pretend to be funny. As for being brainwashed, it's common knowledge that conservatives want a smaller government. I'm really not sure why they'd be called conservatives otherwise. I for one think we could do away with a lot of the government and be better off. If we have less people to pay with our tax money, then we get to keep more of it. Common sense really.
