Well, I checked hometheaterinfo.com and that one is still in print, apparently. There's also one called Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids: Birth of the Anti-Christ so you may have a hard time finding the right one.
However, the one he described had to have been the one I just linked to earlier. He said CD/DVD 2 disc.
