I ordered it, and took about 4 more of the monthly ones, and called to cancel, and the operator offered me the last 3 in the series for 19.95 altogether instead of 19.95 each, and I declined, then she canceled my 'membership', and I didn't even get billed for the last one they had sent me...don't know what happened with you, unless they've changed.
