Was that Jay on the Osbournes?

I never watch the Osbournes, but there was nothing else on so I watched it. Well there was a quick shot of this dude from the back playing cards with Jack and the dude kinda looked like Jay from the back, and then when I heard his voice it sounded just like him. Well just wonderin if anyone knew?
