Once Digital shooting becomes less cost prohibitive and theatres support it, and it becomes a more accepted 'standard', are you interested in pursuing that route?

Since Lucas was intending on shooting Ep2 solely on Digital, in (what I believe) is an attempt to move the industry toward that type of shooting medium, I would figure that independant film-makers would be excited about the potential. Editing, SFX, and the lower cost of the recording medium, as well as the ability to view, in realtime, what the shot will look like.

Is this something that interests you?

On of my Cinematographers users HD cameras, and I have been considering using that as well, but I intend to shoot this film in B&W, and am wondering if I can get the same 'look and feel' of B&W on HD video, vs film. We've just been mulling over the idea and I haven't shot any test footage yet.
