I must say I really enjoyed the film. I also identified with it alot. Being raised Roman Catholic and going to catholic grade school, and being force fed the "just-believe" mentality in my formative years by really old nuns and a cigar chain-smoking priest.

I have always felt that there is no one correct religion, just faith interpretted by different cultures around the world.

But as for my thoughts on the movie....

KEEP GOING.........

I LOVED THIS FILM!! The plot was great, and Mewes really shined in this film!!

The only problem I had was somewhat with the flow and maybe too much editing was done.

I think the Fat Albert part would have added something to the film to connect J&SB to the gang. It just fealt like something was missing.

Another section that was cut was some of the ending hospital stuff. Basically SB just dissapears for a while, even though he goes with Bethany to the hospital. Where was he when she was with Bud Cort?

These two parts I fealt sort of messed with the flow of the film. But other than that, it was a great film and I had a blast being back in NJ.
