The "We have the technology..." speech comes from the title sequence dialogue during the opening of "The Six Million Dollar Man." We watch Lee Majors crash his jet and then we hear the doctors talking about how they can rebuild him, make him better.
Funny coincidence (maybe)...Kevin once wrote a screenplay for a proposed "Six Million Dollar Man" movie. They have a pretty good summary of it at www.corona.bc.ca under their "Coming Attractions" page.
Oh yeah and calm the hell down about Alan Rickman. We all love Hans Gruber, but the man is no Michael Rooker.
