Scuzi moi, but Alan Rickman is a Royal Academy of the Dramatic Arts (RADA) graduate and has done 'Romeo and Juliet', as well as 'Hamlet'. The speech impediment of which you speak is called 'diction' or 'excellent enunciation'....something folks here very seldom hear.
Could you be more specific about the '6 Million Dollar Man' allusion?
