I'm not saying that MR. RICKMAN has a speech impedement, silly. Listen to his lines as Metatron again. There are very slight stutters sprinkled throughout, almost always on initial consonants. It has nothing to do with his diction, he's playing an angel with a speech impedement whose job it is to be the Voice of God. I though that was a hilarious interpretation, especially as it is terribly subtle stutter, almost unnoticable, as opposed to the broad comic brush that *might* have been applied.
