Biggest-grossing black and white film of all time? Are you insane? What the hell happened to Schindler's List in your mind? And to make Clerks 2 b&w with no casting changes would be to make the same film. New ideas would be needed, new situations, new people. Put it all in the same place and people would quickly become bored with the familiarity of it all. By all means keep some characters, otherwise there would be no continuity, but to have nothing new smacks of a lack of originality. Ring the changes, I say!
