I was actually expecting to see Bartleby spitting his beers out surreptitiously. The audience would have seen this but not Bethany (she was too drunk and too into her story to notice). I also thought it was a missed tip-off to Bethany when Bartleby referred to God as a "She" (people don't normally do that or even repeat it back as such if someone else says God is a woman).
Can't wait for the 3 hour cut!
