Does finding investors ever get any easier?

Hi,

My business partner and I wrap shooting on our first feature tomorrow. We already have a distributor interested for a direct to video release. There is a sound track deal in the works.
Although this is my first feature (and my parter's second) we were just fortunate enough to get the cash to get the thing made. (Less than 50 grand.) DOES IT EVER GET ANY EASIER FINDING THE INVESTORS??? I always read about Scorsese grumbling about investors, but we're purposely staying modest and practical just so we can give up our shitty day jobs.
Can anyone help shed some light on this most frustrating part of filmmaking?
