I read the "Dogma" script about a year and half ago and saw the film opening week. "Dogma" is a fine film, but it is flawed, as it dropped from the screenplay a line I have been waiting a year and half to hear. The line (at least in the version I read) was "Your God isn't dead, he's brain dead." This was probably one of the best timed lines in screenplay history. Why was this line dropped from the movie? Was it even filmed?
