I recently finished watching 'Clerks', 'Mallrats', and 'Chasing Amy'. I liked all three films immensely, and wanted to know who all was involved with it. So. . .I stayed through the credits.
At the very end of 'Clerks,' it says "Jay and Silent Bob will return in 'Dogma.' At the very end of 'Chasing Amy,' it says "Jay and Silent Bob will return in 'Dogma'. . .(Prosmise)."
My question is this. Did Kevin Smith want to do Dogma right after Clerks, and he couldn't, so the Dogma thing at the end of Clerks is a mistake. Or. . .was it inserted into the credits later? Thanks!
