UNFORTUNATELY, there is a $250,000 statutaory cap on damages against Commonwealth defendants.

BUT, Plaintiff's attorney, Tom Kline, amended his complaint several days into the trial to include a civil rights claim(forwhich there is no statutory cap) of $30,000,000.

SO, if the award of damages stands, junior may still recover over $30,000,000.

HOWEVER, after attorney fees and costs, junior will owe Mr. Kline about $15 (that's a joke, by the way).

AND why is any of this on-topic? Because it proves that Kevin is our generation's Nostradamus.
