This is Mr.Combat speaking. Hey Beav, Thanks for reading, but in my opinion it is YOU who are truly misguided.
: Randal is into hermaphroditic porn and your using him as an example??
Mr.Combat- True, Randal is a bad example in and of himself, but KEVIN'S WORDS through Randal are what I am using. Do you still feel so right that you need to revel in the death of a good man?
: In case you didn't get it, in case you didn't understand, I WAS DEAD SERIOUS WHEN I WROTE MY SEATBELTS POST. Do you think I enjoy reading about people my age getting paralyzed and dying because they couldn't take two seconds and buckle their seatbelts? Don't you find it ironic that the one guy who came out of it with nary a scratch did so because he was wearing his belt??
Mr.Combat- No I don't find it ironic at all that the one guy wearing his seatbelt survived. Its fact, seatbelts save lives. I'm sure you don't enjoy reading about accident victims, unless you are one sick twisted fuck. The tone of your post was NOT serious, even if you were being so. It came off as rude and unfeeling. I get your point pal, but you could have said it better.
: My sympathy for someone who dies because they couldn't find the time to strap in ranks right up there with those who feel the need to race a train to the RR crossing, and wind up having to be picked out of their cars with tweezers. It's so easy to avoid death in that manner, yet hundreds of people insist on taking that risk. It's a damn shame. Now quit boring me.
Mr.Combat-Maybe you don't feel any sympathy for Derrick because he simply made an error in judgement. Fine. That's your choice. But what about his MOTHER, his WIFE, his KIDS?! Are you that much of an insensitive prick not to care about them? They lost thier son, husband, and father. He made a mistake, now he's dead and do you still feel so proud of being right? Sorry to bore you, but I think Derrick Thomas's death should not be used by you to make yourself feel so important and become this holier than thou Crusader of Seatbelts. Oh and don't worry, I wear mine, so I'll still be here, in case you were hoping after reading this. Bored still, smart-ass?
: is the Jay and Silent Bob cameo in Scream 3 worth my money?
: No amount of money is worth sitting through a Scream movie. Save it for a rental, if at all.
Mr.Combat-Thanks, I'll save my money.
: : 2. This probably has been asked, but still, "What other title would you have given "Dogma"?
: 1)"God-ma", the story of Cinderella's twinkle-toes benefactor.
: 2)"See This Movie!"
: 3)"Leonard, Part 7"
Mr.Combat- I like #2.
: 3. What kind of character do you think they'll give Kevin on "Law & Order"?
: Corner hot-dog vendor. "Chu wan muster widdat?"
: Carolyn McCormick's valet.
: Rosie O'Donnell's loofah.
Mr.Combat- Funny. Especially the first. However, I was thinking maybe along the lines of what he really is, a young filmmaker, or maybe a writer. Possibly as the son of a murder victim or witness. Wouldn't it be cool if he was the first suspect, the one who they arrest 15 minutes into the show, but while they're interrogating him his alibi is proved to be tight and he couldn't have done it? I don't know what it will be, but I sure do look forward to it. That and his "A&E Biography" and Dennis Miller apperances and the Clerks cartoon are all on my "To See" list, big time.
: Thanks for reading. I hope you are all doing well. Your View Askew friend, Mr.Combat-Matthew Saxe
: I hope you learn to buckle your seatbelt, Sparky.
Mr.Combat- Like I said, I do Sparkless. And really think about your words before you type them.
: The Beav, gettin' paid!
Mr.Combat-For what? Still your View Askew friend, (if in nothing else)
Mr.Combat-Matt Saxe.
