In Dungeons and Dragons, the Cleric Class has the ability to "turn undead." This means that, through connection with their diety, the cleric is able to channel some holy force which, by it's purity, repels the unclean skeletons, zombies, and other such evil folk.
In a similar fashion, Kevin is able to, as a natural ability, repel assplugs like yourself with concentrated waves of coolness, which acts like it was Holy Water, with you as the vampire.
