BUT as to your cleaning question-
There are devices made from the same material/components as dishracks that are sort of like "cages" that you can snap over baseball caps. This will keep the curve of the bill.. Here's the trick.. You wwash hats IN THE DISHWASHER. Not in a washing machine. And you do not use soap..YOU NEVER WASH IT WITH DETERGENT!
