Vulgarthon goes bi-coastal???

Would there ever be any chance of having a Vulgarthon on the West coast? Say...I don't know....California? I have never wanted so badly to live on the East coast. I don't see a cross country trip in my not-so-distant future.
What would need to be done to get one out here? Or does no one really give a shit about us poor soles?
